Villa Selva is one of those places that refreshes the spirit. In the summer, when nature sparkles with colours, the chirping of birds cheers up the placid countryside. In the silence of the night you can hear the crickets or a solitary frog looking out over the lake. Early in the morning, with a little luck, you will see a squirrel, a hare or a small fawn entering the park. In autumn, the foliage of the forest is an enchanting sight. In the colder months, then, the warmth of the house is a surprising pleasure.
The house is a large housing unit.
One wing is occupied by the owners, the other (200 m2) is intended for hospitality: up to 12 people, be they a single group of friends or a large family, will enjoy it exclusively.
The apartment is on two floors. It includes three bedrooms, a spacious equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. In winter, the large living room can be heated by a romantic fireplace.
12 BEDS
The silence of the night is a privilege that regenerates. Up to 12 people can enjoy it: there are many beds. Upon request, there is also the cradle for un baby.
3 ROOMS
We organize the spaces based on guests' needs: we have 3 bedrooms and other places that can be obtained in the living area.
KITCHEN
The big kitchen is the realm of every chef:pans, induction hob, fridge and freezer and lots of space for comfortable cooking, kneading and plating.
2 BATHROOMS
Take your time. Nobody waits outside the door: there's always time for a relaxing shower and a make-up fix.
LUNCHROOM
Seating for twelve and a long table of friends and family: every breakfast, lunch and dinner at Villa Selva is a moment of celebration.
LIVING ROOM
Sofa, fireplace, TV, chat: how nice it is to be together.
And if you can't do without the web, Wi-Fi is free and the signal reaches the whole house.
GARDEN
Relaxation is on your doorstep. You can relax in the shade of the trees or bask in the sun. If you love cooking, there is an area equipped to do so, with BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven.
POND
A very romantic corner of peace, where you can get lost in observing the hypnotic wandering of the goldfish.
PARK
20,000 square meters of greenery to experience: the meadows, the vegetable garden, the park are accessible to guests.

What you can do when you come to Villa Selva
You can relax, read, cook, plan excursions in the woods around here or a trip to the enchanting destinations of the surrounding area: Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta or Valsesia (at the foot of Monte Rosa).
Not to mention that Milan is around the corner: less than an hour's drive takes you to the shopping capital.

Imagine the joy of a large table filled with friends and family. For those lodging here, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking. And even an outdoor area with BBQ and pizza oven.

The region is rich in culinary traditions: paniscia, tapulone, bagna cauda - there's so much flavor in Piedmontese cuisine. To be paired with the traditional red wines of Nebbiolo.
Animals
Dogs and cats are welcome.
However, their stay must be agreed upon before arrival, subject to the house rules:
they will find other four-legged friends.

The islands, the colossus of San Carlo, Arona, Stresa, the romantic Orta San Giulio, the Mottarone: how much beauty there is around lakes Maggiore and Stresa.

Many sportsmen find in our house the ideal place for their stay. Above all golfers, attracted by the tradition of an area also suitable for running, cycling and Nordic walking
Agrate Conturbiais a small town in the Novara area (1500 inhabitants) surrounded by woods and fields.It is just a 25-minute drive from Malpensa airport.
The place is famous among golf lovers, attracted by the 27 holes of theGolf Club Castelconturbia. The structure stands on land where, as early as 1898, the only camp in Piedmont was located, when there were only two in Italy. Nearby there are also the golf clubs of Bogogno, Arona and Stresa.
With five minutes by car from Villa Selva, you reach a place where nature reigns wild: theLa Peat Bog Wildlife Park. It is a protected natural area, partially open to the public. It was established in 1977 in order to preserve some animal species in danger of extinction. The walk around the swamp is an unforgettable experience.
To visit in the village there are theRomanesque baptistery (12th century) and the parks of the castle of Agrate and Conturbia.
To trythe typical cuisineproposed by local restaurateurs, such as the classic onepaniscia, a risotto enriched with beans, cabbage and duja salami. Better if accompanied bylocal winesobtained from Nebbiolo vines: Gattinara, Ghemme, Boca, Sizzano are reds well known to connoisseurs.
